Working closely with project managers and client IT stakeholders, you'll define and shape project objectives, keeping software capabilities in mind, and capture functional and non-functional IT requirements. Along with identifying, analysing and explaining project and operational risks, you'll also establish and maintain traceability matrices, and ensure all requirements are measured and testable. While you'll be based in Newcastle, you must be fully mobile in order to travel to client sites throughout the UK.

In addition to outstanding communication skills, you must have a sound background of capturing, documenting and tracing requirements, as well as using UML modelling and storyboards. Some experience in retail banking will also be beneficial.
