As a business analyst, you’ll help drive huge new initiatives like these by identifying and documenting business requirements, gathering critical information from multiple sources, and analysing and evaluating the data that supports all relevant processes and designs.

Day to day, you’ll work closely with internal and external contacts to develop and document a range of use cases, design effective GUIs and screen interfaces, and make sure all of our business units are continually challenged when it comes to the effectiveness of their plans.

You’ll need at least 10 years’ experience of business analysis together, a background that covers a range of industries, plus some specific expertise gained in a similar complex environment.

Strong product management skills are just as important, and you’ll have a deep understanding of customer needs and how to translate them into operational requirements. And if you can also bring some portfolio management experience, a knowledge of BPNM2, and the personality to lead and inspire a team, you’ll have what it takes to make the impact we’re looking for.

Most of all, you’re a strong communicator, negotiator, problem solver and relationship builder - someone who’s more than ready to join a business that’s brilliant at what it does, and that has its finger firmly on the pulse. A business just like M.A.G, in fact.
