We’re looking for someone with lots of enthusiasm together with the ability to work effectively and diligently across multiple projects. You will focus on analysing and understanding the problems and working with teams to develop new and innovative solutions.

You should have strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to improve the way that teams work. You’ll be customer-focused, with strong communication and influencing skills and the confidence to present key findings at a senior level.

Advanced Excel skills are required as is experience of re-engineering processes. Knowledge of SPSS or other statistical software would be an advantage.
