Working on a wide range of initiatives across every aspect of the business you'll be responsible for eliciting, shaping, documenting and managing business requirements throughout the entire lifecycle of a project. Business users will rely on your ability to convey the core objectives of their initiatives and ensure every aspect of the end deliverable remains true to these. Which means staying closely involved as the requirements pass through design, build and test, and being a master at managing expectations. You'll also have the ability to help document and evolve effective business processes. With the variety of stakeholders that you'll deal with on a day-to-day basis your written and verbal communication skills must be exemplary. You must be as comfortable working on highly technical projects as you are on customer experience improvement initiatives.

Delivering in a business as fast-paced as Three takes experience. Which is why we’re looking for a practised business analyst who’s used to working across a variety of functions. You’ll therefore know all the relevant tools and techniques, including Use Case Modelling. You’ll be part of a team that prides itself on defining and working within best practice guidelines and will share their determination to achieve excellence.
