There couldn’t be a more exciting time to join Network Rail’s Telecoms team. Already responsible for one of the UK’s largest fibre-optic networks, we’re introducing new technology, systems and processes over the next 18 months that will take our services even further and faster.

If you’re used to delivering projects in a telecoms environment, you could soon be helping to create safer and more effective journeys for everyone and bring next-generation technology to the remotest parts of the UK.

Articulating business requirements are key to the success of any project. That’s why we need you to take lead responsibility for developing these for projects and programmes in our Telecoms delivery portfolio. But that’s not all. You’ll also have wider responsibility for mobilising our projects. This will include developing remits with our customers, preparing business and investment cases, authoring project initiation documents and having input to supplier procurement processes.
