It is against this backdrop that we are now looking to strengthen and grow our Data Systems and Infrastructure team to ensure they continue to provide a robust, controlled risk infrastructure to meet the needs of our Credit Risk business. As a Manager, you’ll ensure our Data Management team provides high quality technical support and analysis, taking ownership of complex data processes and system support functions. Your remit will include preparing data extracts and monthly batch processes, working in a controlled framework to make changes to data assets and risk systems and carrying out technical data extraction. We’ll also expect you to develop an in-depth understanding of systems, resolve issues and build relationships with key stakeholders.

The role requires significant experience of SAS/SQL, database management and support and excellent data extraction and manipulation skills. The ability to communicate with stakeholders across the business, translate technical information into plain English and manage an analytical team will be essential. Additionally, you’ll need strong business acumen, and, ideally, a knowledge of credit risk processes, decisioning systems and issues.
