It is against this backdrop that we are now looking to strengthen and grow our Data Systems and Infrastructure team to ensure they continue to provide a robust, controlled risk infrastructure to meet the needs of our Credit Risk business. As part of our Credit Decisioning team, you’ll be providing ongoing development and support for our Application and Customer Credit Decisioning Systems and Capital and Impairment solutions for Unsecured Portfolios within TSB. Key responsibilities will include managing suppliers, translating business changes into effective system design and improving data, systems and infrastructure functionality.

This role calls for a proven track record of delivering Credit Decisioning system change and significant industry experience of off-the-shelf decisioning tools such as Blaze, Strategy Manager, PROBE, CMT and TRIAD, score and strategy implementations. The ability to use analytical toolsets, articulate an understanding of different elements of the credit risk cycle and work as part of an analytical team will be crucial. You’ll also be capable of building relationships across the organisation, influencing at senior level and challenging the status quo when necessary. Training may be provided for applicants with systems expertise who lack data testing experience.
