This is for people who like responsibility. This is for those who don’t mind rolling up their sleeves and getting involved, never shying away from a challenge. This is an opportunity to be part of one of the biggest business success stories in recent times. This is generation easyJet, and we’re looking for talented and driven people to fill our range of exciting Business Analyst roles in our amazing, industry-leading IT department.

With our IT infrastructure currently going through a major expansion, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity with transformation work on a leading ecommerce business. You’ll lead work streams and help to define and deliver potentially European-wide, cross-functional change projects and initiatives across our organisation, processes, roles, systems and technology, satisfying business requirements to the agreed time, cost and quality. Working closely with key stakeholders and acting as a liaison point between the business and IT, you’ll interpret business processes to make sure that the full impact of business change is widely understood.

It’s essential that you have previous experience as a Business Analyst, ideally gained in an ecommerce, retail or other complex, operationally focussed environments, as well as experience in business-case support, project initiation, requirement capture, scope and change management, development support, UAT, project early life support and benefits realisation. As you’ll be engaging with stakeholders across the board, your interpersonal, communication and persuasion skills will be of the highest level. Delivery-focussed at all times and with absolutely no problems working under pressure, you’ll be methodical, logical and flexible in approach, and have the ability to think laterally about the impact of change. And of course, to work for us, you’ll have a genuine passion for travel and world cultures.

With 220 aircraft flying 660 routes to 30 countries every day, easyJet is the UK’s largest airline, the fourth largest in Europe, and the tenth largest in the world. We employ over 8,500 people including 2,000 pilots and more than 4,500 cabin crew. But for us, it’s more than just big numbers. We live for fun, customer enjoyment and never stray from our mission, no matter what challenges come our way. We grow, because of the passion within our staff, their commitment, belief and love of what we’ve come to stand for. And we succeed, because we always seek out the best people to work for us.
