A graduate programme that improves the real world
You’re fascinated by technology. You explore it. You create it. You pull it apart and then put it back together again. Of course, this gives you a massive head start when it comes making an impact on the virtual world. But with us, your skills will make a difference to the real world too.
The graduate programme
We develop and use new technologies to keep the UK secure. On this programme, you’ll be working with technologies that are so advanced, they’re classified. When it comes to countering threats to UK security, our IT solutions have a vital role to play. And so will you.
Opportunities for rotation
It could be that you want to specialise. For example, if you love to seek out and exploit new technologies, you might want to focus on Software Development and Engineering – the team that develops groundbreaking new technology solutions for our investigative and operational sections. But if you’re not sure where your interests lie, you’ll have the chance to spend time in different parts of the business. Our training and development opportunities will be as flexible as you need them to be, and a personal mentor will guide and push you further, every step of the way.
Who we’re looking for
An IT degree would be useful, but it’s definitely not essential. If you’ve got an innate passion for all things technology along with an inquisitive, analytical approach, our exceptional training can teach you the specialist skills you’re going to need. We’re after more than just a flair for IT though. In an environment like this, your team working and communication skills will be every bit as important.
