A week in the life of

Working as part of the UK and ROI Programme Team you'll have the opportunity to apply your extensive retail project management skills to a whole range of activities ' anything from process improvement, systems enhancement or implementation or change management - you'll manage projects which deliver benefits that will positively affect the working lives of 10,000 store colleagues in over 500 locations and crucially the shopping experience of millions of consumers who visit Clarks every week within the UK & ROI.

A bit about you

You'll be a highly motivated retail project manager with at least 3 years strong and proven Project Management competence operation within a commercial retail environment. You'll have significant practical experience in successful delivery of large complex projects with benefits realisation up to £5million.

You're commercially aware and have exceptional interpersonal skills, which will be important as you'll need to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders across the organisation. Resilient and confident, you'll have the drive and commitment to inspire your colleagues across the business and drive and embed changes in ways of working in our stores. You'll also ideally be hold accreditation in a recognised project management methodology (e.g. PRINCE).
