Working as part of the UK and ROI Programme Team you'll have the opportunity to apply your extensive retail project management skills to a whole range of activities ' anything from process improvement, systems enhancement or implementation or change management - you'll manage projects which deliver benefits that will positively affect the working lives of 10,000 store colleagues in over 500 locations and crucially the shopping experience of millions of consumers who visit Clarks every week within the UK & ROI.

A bit about you

You'll be a highly motivated individual, working within a commercial retail organisation with at least 3 years' experience of playing an integral part on successful small to medium sized projects, or be able to give great examples of significant involvement in business process improvement.

You are bright, sparky and able to turn your brain to any subject matter. Your colleagues describe you as an engaging, energetic and confident person and you'll be used to managing lots of relationships at all levels. Above all, you'll have the drive and commitment to inspire your colleagues across the business and drive and embed changes in ways of working in our stores.
