As a Project Manager, reporting to the Head of Change, you will immediately take accountability for multiple projects and oversee quality/budget controls during the full project life cycle.

We can accommodate an immediate start for our next Project Manager. Therefore, please send your CV for our review if you have the following skills and experience;

* A track record in a similar role within a Small to Medium size organisation, ideally working in a Business to Consumer financial services environment.

* Qualification in a project management methodology (PRINCE II) or equivalent would be advantageous.

* Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of MS project and project management tools, e.g. Excel.

* Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management and change management principles.

* Able to translate business requirements to technical leads and or developers and vice versa as/when required.

* Proven ability to deliver projects on time and to budget, to help customers and operations team prioritise projects

.

As well as the above experience we also value these competencies in our Project Managers;

* Decisive, strong negotiation and conflict management skills.

* Active listener and communicator who can discuss project activity at board level.

* Highly driven with the ambition to succeed in our fast paced change environment.

* Excellent planning and organisation skills.
