The Cisco Partner Sales Academy is looking for outgoing, early-in-career individuals who have a passion for technology and the motivation to succeed. As a Partner Associate Systems Engineer (P-ASE) you will expand your existing networking knowledge and develop the skills and expertise required to partner with sales professionals in providing effective technical solutions that meet customer needs.

As a Partner Associate Systems Engineer, you will be working directly for one of Cisco's channel partners while receiving world-class training through the Cisco Partner Sales Academy Program. This position offers a full year of training to help prepare you for partner sales support and the opportunity to obtain industry-recognized certifications that will further a career in high-tech engineering or consulting.

The Partner Sales Academy (PSA)

Partner Associate Systems Engineers are an integral part of the partner's go-to-market strategy in preparing customer demos, designing networks, and providing an extension of the customer support network. The Cisco Partner Sales Academy is a 12-month program preparing associates for this role; combining 15 weeks of in-depth, on-site professional and technical development with 9 months of mentoring and on-the-job training. The ideal candidate will be a team player, driven to succeed, possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills and an interest in leading-edge technology. Candidates will be required to use technical knowledge and creative problem solving while working collaboratively with a sales team to develop customized sales solutions.

Eligibility Requirements:

-Undergraduate or graduate degree within the past three years

-Must have achieved a minimum of a 2.1 (or equivalent) in their degree

-Electrical, Computer, or Networking Engineering, Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics degree preferred

-Technical support, presales support, installation, or sales experience in the technology industry preferred

-Fluent in English, written and verbal and the native language of the country you are applying to

-Willingness to relocate to the training hub in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, for months 1-3 of the program

-Living within a commutable distance to ONI's offices in Luton or happy to relocate
