The Cisco Partner Sales Academy is looking for outgoing, early-in-career individuals who have a passion for technology and the motivation to succeed. As a Partner Associate Sales Representative (P-ASR) you will be trained to manage and cultivate customer accounts while collaborating with engineers to provide technical solutions.

As a Partner Associate Sales Representative, you will be working directly for one of Cisco's channel partners while receiving world-class training through the Cisco Partner Sales Academy Program. This position offers a full year of training to prepare you for managing and cultivating customer accounts as well as the opportunity to obtain certifications that will further a sales career in the high-tech industry.

The Partner Sales Academy:

Partner Associate Sales Representatives articulate the unique business value of the Partner Company to both existing customers and key prospects, while developing solutions that meet evolving customer challenges and needs in a competitive market. The Partner Sales Academy is a 12-month program preparing associates for this role; combining 13 weeks of in depth, on-site professional and technical development with 9 months of mentoring and on-the-job training. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills. In addition, the candidate will be able to work effectively with an extended team to develop customized sales solutions for customers. The program is for individuals who are driven to succeed, with strong interpersonal skills, an interest in leading-edge technology, and a desire to collaborate with others.

Eligibility Qualifications:

-Undergraduate or graduate degree within the last three years

-Must have achieved a minimum of a 2.1 (or equivalent) in their degree

-Sales experience required (including retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs). In addition, any experience with telesales, business-to-business (B2B), direct, inside, or field sales is highly preferred

-Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Finance degree preferred

-Willingness to relocate to the training hub in Amsterdam, The Netherlands for months 1 through 3 of the program

-Living within a commutable distance to ONI's offices in Luton or happy to relocate
