Work with the Inventory & Logistics Manager to implement processes and systems for the management regional technicians and the management of those processes and systems. An integral cog working between engineering and global technicians up skilling and ensuring all techs have the knowledge and tools to complete all required regional repairs and site installations.

Working across multiple geographic locations, diverse cultural client bases and local and central office management teams ensuring all processes are documented and reported. Direct reports for this position will be 20-25 CST staff.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

The Technical Services Manager will:

-Assess all regional maintenance work for both quantity and quality

On-site installations

Maintenance

Shipping

Parts used and demand management

Cost Driver Analysis

Health and Safety

-Identify technical skills gaps and training needs on both hardware and software.

-Construct Training Plan

-Construct & Roll-out:

Authorised repair system ' only centrally approved repairs can be undertaken in the field

Quality standards on all work and assessment process

Reporting system using Autotask covering:

Work undertaken

Labour time

Parts used and demand management

Inventory movements

Training plan for all technicians

-Point of contact for all Company Technicians and engineering team ensuring product knowledge waterfalls down to all regional techs

-Provide assistance to the Inventory & Logistics Manager
