About the role

Here in IT, we're responsible for providing Admiral with all the technology it needs to run the business in the best way possible - and that means looking after everything from PCs and printers, to telephone systems and all our technology applications. As a Project Manager for our Infrastructure team, you'll oversee the rollout or upgrade of systems, equipment and more.

You'll be responsible for a range of large and small projects from start to finish, ensuring you deliver on time, on budget and to the highest standards. Providing high level, realistic and detailed project plans, you'll ensure the effective and efficient implementation of projects, fully documenting progress and distributing it to the whole team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide an end-to-end project delivery service, for a wide variety of projects.

About you

With extensive project management experience, you're looking to put your stamp on a new team by imparting your advice and guidance to junior team members. It goes without saying that you have first-class project management skills and a proven track record delivering projects from start to finish.

Ideally, you'll have experience using delivery methodologies, such as Waterfall and Agile. An understanding of critical path method and analysis, along with ISEB qualifications, would also be beneficial. Adaptable and flexible, you're used to working in a busy, fast-paced environment and have a talent for multi-tasking and prioritising a wide variety of projects. You'll also need to be an excellent communicator who's hands-on, solutions-focused and outcome-oriented.
