Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are looking for a great Support Analyst/Developer to join our fast paced, forward thinking business at our Leeds City Head Office.
Responsibilities
- Investigating issues raised by users, resolving them or escalating where appropriate
- Taking ownership of any incidents raised through to completion
- Responsible for designing, developing and unit testing small scale developments
Key Skills
Extensive experience with the following technologies:
- T-SQL
- C#/.Net Development
- Visual Studios
- ITIL Foundation Certified
- Proving IT Support in a fast paced environment
