Description

As a Telecommunication, Media Technology Consultant you will work within consulting engagement teams to design and deliver major technology change in Telecommunications Communications and Media clients. Specific roles will vary due to client demand but core responsibilities would be as follows:

Responsibilities:

-Work with clients and Accenture solution teams to help capture, define and agree system, functional and technical requirements for technology driven system changes.

-Ensure defined business requirements are translated into functional and technical designs, including high level and low level designs.

-Work closely with onshore/offshore or 3rd party development teams to ensure the solution is being developed to the required specifications.

-Work with onshore/offshore test teams to ensure that best practice is planned and adhered to in the testing of system changes

-Work as a standalone, and/or lead a team of consultants and clients following a structured delivery methodology.

-Knowledge of the Communications, Media and Technology industries with a proven skill set in a delivery environment.

Combined with a track record in one or more of these areas:

-Solution and Technology Architecture,

-Business Analysis,

-Systems Integration,

-Technical and Functional Testing,

-Project/Workstream delivery leadership.

-Proven skill set and knowledge of a delivery methodology, with use of configuration management and source control applications used to assure delivery.

-Experience of several stages in lifecycle of a project or programme delivery, from conception to implementation.
