To improve services to beneficiaries and maximise the benefit delivered, The Royal British Legion is implementing a wide ranging programme of change, one pillar of which is to strengthen our delivery of comradeship, which is one of our 4 strategic objectives.

A key part of this change is the Comradeship project, which will modernise the Royal British Legion's membership services and supporting processes, and enable the integration of the data we hold on all those that support Legion, providing a platform on which future comradeship services can be built.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to work closely with the Membership, Fundraising, Information Management and Technology departments and other key stakeholders. The challenge will be to establish excellent relationships with stakeholders and key staff across the legion, and keep them engaged and on side while implementing substantial change.

You will have proven Project Management experience with experience of delivering complex interdependent projects on time and budget in large organisations and at Directorate-level. Effective communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
