It's an exciting period of change for the RNLI. You will help us make it happen as you drive the delivery of an ongoing transformational programme. You'll be mentoring and motivating a multidisciplinary team, including our technology partners, as you renew our business systems and processes using MS Dynamics AX, MS SharePoint and SolidWorks EPDM. The challenge will be immense.

Experience in one or more of these software platforms is crucial, alongside a proven record of leading high-value, far-reaching programmes. You'll also be comfortable chairing architectural discussions and aligning technology solutions to business requirements, whilst demonstrating the highest standards of corporate governance.

A fast learner, quick thinker and great relationship builder, you'll be financially astute, confident in taking decisions and capable of managing risks carefully. But above all, you'll be a real agent of change with deep insight into what makes organisations tick and the talent and vision to take your programme and run with it.
