The Asset Finance business operates in a number of specialist markets providing consumer lending (Black Horse Finance) and contract hire (Lex Autolease) to personal and corporate markets.

The creation of a team with accountability for Design and Governance of the operating model presents an opportunity for an accomplished Business Architect to join this team.

You would work as part of team who are responsible for leading the design integrity and ensuring that change programmes align to the Target Operating Model. You'll do this by translating change programme and project objectives into meaningful business model assessments that help all stakeholders understand the scope and impact of planned change.

You'll be an experienced influencer upto and including Director Level, able to engage with key stakeholders of programmes and projects to help shape proposition development to implement our business strategy and change agenda. You would work towards the resolution of design issues and other change-related business model design challenges by bringing innovative ideas to problem solving and be actively engaged in the development and maintenance of our target and transition state operating models.

As an accomplished Business Architect, you should demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, ideally from a regulated environment such as ourselves within Banking or Financial Services.
