An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Analyst to join the Transformation team working on a demanding project portfolio for the Consumer Finance Division of Lloyds Banking Group. If you enjoy challenge and variety, the sheer pace and scale of change taking place across our business means there couldn't be a better time to join us!

You will be working within and across the Division to capture requirements for high-profile projects. You will be able to deal confidently with people at all levels and be capable of prioritising your own workload to deadlines without losing your eye for detail - or your sense of humour!

You'll gain an in-depth understanding of business needs and translate them into formal specifications, liaising with internal groups and stakeholders to design effective solutions. Ensuring that systems and enhancements meet rigorous quality standards and changes reflect business and IT strategies and priorities will also be part of your remit.

Business Analysis experience would be a distinct advantage, but working within a Change environment and / or a sound knowledge of the business would also be very beneficial. The Business Analysis role is part of the Change family and offers opportunity to develop in the role up to E Upper grade or to branch out to other Change roles.
