As Head of Revenue Management for our Southern Region you will be based in our EMEA HQ in Bracknell and report directly to the Director of Revenue Management for EMEA. The RM team is centralised and manages the business critical process of optimization of supply and demand in close partnership with the Operations, Fleet and Commercial teams. The team successfully drives and advises on pricing and segment strategy, manages detailed demand forecasting, tactical pricing and inventory management.

To be successful in this demanding and high profile role, your track record will enable you to demonstrate the following:

-Degree qualified or equivalent in a quantitative STEM subject such as Maths, Econometrics, Engineering or Physics

-Relevant Pricing or Yield Management experience in a highly competitive international industry

-Experience in managing a team of analysts within a highly analytical, complex environment along with the ability to lead, develop, coach and train a young graduate team

-Your ability as a team player to develop strong relationships with senior Country Management Teams and within the RM team

-Knowledge of Revenue Optimization and forecasting systems, processes and strategies

-Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to interact at all levels

-Strong change management skills

-Fluent written and spoken Italian or Spanish and English is an essential requirement. Portuguese knowledge would be an advantage
