Who we are and what we do

We are one of the world’s leading organisations providing management consulting, technology and outsourcing services. We’re more than 305,000 people working in 200 cities across 56 countries around the world. Together, we provide consultancy and technical expertise to some of the biggest names in just about every industry you can imagine - including 91 of the Fortune Global 100. Right now, we’re looking for talented graduates to join us in helping our clients achieve their aims - be it increasing profits, gaining a greater market share or working more productively. Whether you end up working in Accenture Strategy, Accenture Digital, Accenture Technology or Accenture Operations, this is an outstanding opportunity to evolve your talents as you help us evolve some of the world’s leading organisations.

Our Graduate Programme

As an Analyst on our Graduate Programme you’ll benefit from invaluable exposure to our diverse range of clients. It means working alongside them to understand what makes them tick and get an insight into their business needs. You will be right at the centre of the team designing, developing, testing and delivering strategic solutions that are revolutionising entire industries. It also means you’ll experience the full project lifecycle and have the satisfaction of seeing your ideas become a reality. All of which makes for a hugely satisfying career.

How you’ll evolve

In our business, there’s no substitute for learning by doing. With this in mind, you’ll get to grips with a wide variety of tasks and projects. You could find yourself designing a banking system to meet the growing needs of online customers. You could be transforming customer information and billing systems for a leading utilities company. Or helping a healthcare client enhance their customer experience. Whatever you do, this is a chance to capitalise on your ingenuity, apply your critical thinking and create solutions that change the game for a host of businesses.

There’ll be ample opportunity to evolve yourself through training too. This will kick off with an award-winning induction which will introduce you to our approach and methodologies, as well as your colleagues. Speaking of which, you’ll be working alongside some of the best minds in the industry; a huge bonus in itself. Add to the mix an intensive training programme and the opportunity to train overseas and you can begin to see how we can help you unlock a world of possibilities.

What’s in it for you

The rewards package for this programme is one of the best around " and includes a competitive starting salary and a 30 day holiday allowance. You’ll also receive a generous pension scheme, a personal laptop, an AMEX card, critical illness cover, an interest-free season ticket loan, life assurance and much more besides. For a comprehensive list of all the benefits, visit our website.

What we’re looking for

You can join Accenture from any academic discipline; and we’re particularly keen to recruit graduates from maths, science, engineering and technology backgrounds. You’ll need to have or be expecting a 2:1 or equivalent in any degree discipline and you’ll need at least 300 UCAS points across your top three A-Levels (that's BBB or equivalent, achieved in the same academic year - not including general studies). Please note for some technology roles you will be required to have a minimum of 240 UCAS points across your top three A-Levels.

Qualifications aside, you’ll need a deep passion for consulting and technology, or be able to demonstrate a real flair for IT. Good commercial awareness and communication skills are also key.

Flexibility is essential too. Although you’ll be aligned to one of our main offices in London, Edinburgh, Manchester or Newcastle, you’ll need to be fully mobile. A client project could potentially see you working anywhere in the country - or even the world.
