As we continue to grow our UK Financial Services operation, Accenture is looking for Technology Consultants to join our expanding team. If you’re a technology professional with a proven background in systems delivery, development, design, delivery, or implementation of systems within Financial Services, you could join at one of four levels: Analyst, Consultant, Manager, or Senior Manager.

Our Technology Consulting Practice develops and deploys custom and packaged software to streamline and integrate business processes and systems - the very heart of front and back-end business operations.

You’ll play a critical role in helping our clients go through their transformation journey. This will involve working alongside Business and IT stakeholders to understand relevant business and technology needs in order to drive successful delivery. Based in either London or Manchester, you must be willing to work away from home Monday to Friday, as required, to meet clients’ needs.

We have roles available for people with demonstrable delivery experience in the following areas:

-Delivery lead/management

-Project/programme Management (Prince 2 and/or PMP Certification a plus)

-Systems design (functional and technical)

-Creation & implementation of test strategies, approach and plans (all testing phases)

-Solution and/or technical architecture for FS systems

Knowledge of Financial Services Risk in investment banking, retail banking or insurance is imperative in this role, as is the ability to build sound client relationships. The same goes for approaching problems in a structured manner, proposing workable solutions, and working quickly to absorb and process information. You’ll also be a great team leader who can direct work in a client-facing environment.
