Our vision is to make Lloyds Banking Group the best bank for customers. As the UK's largest retail and commercial bank, we have a footprint that touches nearly every community and household in the UK. That gives us a big responsibility to support the UK economy, and to put customers at the heart of everything we do. To achieve this, we also need to be the best bank for our colleagues and our communities - and we have a clear strategy in place to make this a reality. We are building on our many strengths: iconic brands, strong heritages and great people. To unlock the great potential in our business, we are becoming more efficient, more transparent, and more responsive to customers. Already the UK's largest community investor, we are giving even more back. Above all, we are putting customers first.

A great opportunity has arisen to join the Quality Assurance team within Commercial Risk. The portfolio of projects include a large, multi year Transformational programme - and a number of smaller tactical projects in the Commercial Risk arena - delivering enhanced Risk Management and Risk Reporting for LBG.

Your UK-wide stakeholders will expect you to understand Commercial Risk Terminology and the part the technology being tested has to play in this. You will be comfortable using and acting on this terminology as well as having an extensive background in Test Management. You can demonstrate working closely with senior stakeholders in Risk and will have a clear and concise communication style. Ideally, your experience will be in Commercial Risk but you may also come from a Capital Market/ Retail Risk background.

An accomplished Test Manager you will be comfortable leading teams with 50-100 matrix-managed resources both on and offshore. You will be familiar with working with strategic partners - providing clear statements of work and setting timescales/ deadlines.

You will help shape the Test Approach and Strategy at every opportunity understanding scope and signing off Test Plans. Naturally, you will identify areas for improvement in the SDLC for the area and will be comfortable handing over to Project/ Software development Managers.

In return, we'll recognise and reward your performance. Our award-winning benefits package includes a flexible option that allows you to choose cash or pick from a wide range of benefits. These include a contributory pension scheme, private medical insurance and retail discount vouchers. You'll also have our full support, training and opportunities for both personal and professional development.
