Project Manager role

You’ll be involved in the full project life cycle from identifying the solution to service transition, from award through implementation, driving communications solutions that enable our customers’ businesses. Delivering innovation in the projects you lead, you’ll ensure that our customers achieve the benefits and cost efficiencies our solutions provide. Above all, you’ll keep momentum going, managing stakeholders and third party suppliers with real skill, and keeping things running smoothly no matter how complicated the project.

About you

In terms of technical knowledge, you’ll need to have run complex projects involving VoIP, network infrastructure, and LAN/WAN delivery. You’re also skilled in the use of Prince 2, and well used to planning and managing budgets. But it’s your ability to manage people that really marks you out. Thanks to your combination of eloquence, tact, professionalism and confidence, you can influence stakeholders at all levels from the client teams you'll be working with to deliver projects, to the senior managers who’ll be involved in planning them. As well as being a broad strategic thinker, you also have an ability to remember every small detail of even the most complex project - and a collaborative approach that builds further on your ability to engage and enthuse those around you.
