Acting as the bridge between an external client business and Three's operational delivery teams, you'll be fully accountable for our wholesale/MVNO performance. Managing high-level relationships, you'll be the single point of contact for service management, from incident management to service delivery, change management to continual service improvement. These are complex and demanding roles that require you to support mission-critical services with the utmost confidence and control.

Able to manage multiple work streams and change focus at short notice, you'll be capable of managing both short-term incidents, such as outages, and the delivery of long-term performance improvement. Although telecoms experience isn't essential, you're likely to have worked in a technical environment, delivering a mission critical service. The ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships with both colleagues and external stakeholders is vital. Drawing on your exceptional powers of influence, you'll thrive in a matrix management environment.
