The Digital Optimisation Lead is responsible for developing and delivering the digital optimisation plan to achieve key KPI’s for sales, retention, customer satisfaction and self-service in Domestic, SME and Energy Services.

Taking a lead position the Digital Optimisation Lead will draw on the expertise of the Digital Optimisation Specialist functions (Analytics, User Experience, Web Design and Content) to deliver a programme of activity to constantly drive enhanced performance across KPI’s.

Reporting into the Digital Optimisation Manager, the role will lead the analysis of traffic flows/paths and conversion funnels across all desktop, mobile web and mobile apps, to optimise conversion, customer experience and cross/upsell opportunities to drive commercial value delivered through a programme of continuous multi-variant testing and behavioural targeting.

The role holder will work in collaboration with the Digital Business Partners to optimise the performance of new capability delivered through the digital strategy and will engage with key stakeholders in NMO, Customer Services and Marketing to influence traffic driving initiatives, propositions and CRM to deliver results.

This role will define, plan, optimise, forecast and deliver digital optimisation initiatives. Utilising a thorough understanding of external market conditions, the competitive landscape and emerging capability the Digital Optimisation Lead will identify quantified opportunities and risks throughout the year, adjusting plans and tactics in response to market changes.
