We are looking for a Senior Digital Business Analyst to help shape and lead an ever increasing team of Digital Business Analysts that work in an Agile and Waterfall manner and have the accountability for taking business requirements at idea stage and seeing them through to successful implementation and beyond.

You will manage the team on a day to day basis and also be responsible for handling high profile projects up to £2 million in value. The Programme team have a dual skill set that can support project delivery using Agile /Scrum and Waterfall so we are looking for someone who is experienced in both methodologies.

In addition to the responsibility of ensuring quality functional and non functional requirements your team will also support the testing and ensuring all are documented and understood. The team are also responsible for shaping test strategy, test scenarios and the execution of integration and User Acceptance Testing.
