Asset Finance ADM is responsible for the development, maintenance and testing of Blackhorse and Lex Autolease systems within the Asset Finance businesses.

We put in place common platforms that are supported by current technologies which are flexible, scalable and secure.

As trusted advisors and developers to the Asset Finance business, we contribute to the delivery of business objectives through innovative IT systems and support.

ADM has around 100 high calibre people, proud to be associated with our technology solutions based around the country in 'centres of excellence' and present in all major Asset Finance locations.

We work very closely with Group IT to share best practice, create opportunities for learning and development for our respective teams and to make sure that Asset Finance remains in tune with all Group technology requirements.

Project Manager - (Cardiff or Edinburgh)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Project Manager to join the Asset Finance IT team within the Consumer Finance team in Lloyds Banking Group. The sheer pace and scale of change taking place across our business means there couldn't be a better time to join us!

The PM manages and controls the delivery of medium to large projects or workstreams within very large projects or programmes (typically Gold/Silver), taking responsibility for delivering solutions which address business needs. Manages resources to ensure delivery agreed business plans within cost, quality and timescale objectives, ensuring that the benefits identified in the business case can be realised.

Key Accountabilities:

- Governance and Reporting: Works closely with the Portfolio Manager to provide regular status reporting appropriately to different stakeholders and to agreed standards and recommend options for contingency plans.

- Project Delivery: Defines and implements a detailed delivery approach for each stage of the project lifecycle, across all supplier teams and obtains acceptance and buy-in to the approach from all team members and produces and owns all project management deliverables, using established project methodologies to the right level of quality.

- Planning and Finance: Produces and owns the project plan. Controls, manages and monitors project timescales and budgets, reporting variances, escalating as appropriate to overcome delays, difficulties or cost over-runs and re-forecasting where necessary.

- Resource Management: Tracks resource requirements (including roles and responsibilities), budget and FTE profile for areas of responsibility.

- Stakeholder Management: Identifies key project stakeholders and develops an appropriate stakeholder communication plan.

- Risk: Continuously monitors projects for risk, issues and regulatory compliance and takes appropriate steps to mitigate.
