The ICT Infrastructure Development Manager is required to provide ICT infrastructure and technical support, including service desk, to both the Family Fund and its trading subsidiary Family Fund Trading Ltd.

As part of a small team, this role will have a significant part to play in defining and maintaining an infrastructure architecture that is in line with strategy and growth plans, as well as ensuring an efficient, flexible and responsive ICT service provision is delivered to both organisations.

The successful ICT Infrastructure Development Manager will have experience in implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting ICT networks, server infrastructure, specifically within a Microsoft environment using Microsoft Windows Server/Microsoft Exchange Server; managing infrastructure implementation and change projects and working with non-technical users to develop and implement solutions which deliver improved operational effectiveness.

The ICT Infrastructure Development Manager will have a broad range of ICT technical skills including installation, configuration and troubleshooting off the shelf hardware and software. You will be looking for a new challenge where your excellent project management skills will be used to manage conflicting priorities and the development of critical ICT systems.
