Nuffield Health are currently seeking a permanent full time Service Delivery Manager to join their flagship Head Office, based in Epsom, Surrey.

The role will be working within the IT Technical Operations department - leading, developing, maintaining and growing the people, processes, products and partners, in order to deliver a high quality managed service.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

- Ensure a high quality, SLA compliant, proactive delivery of service

- Oversee cost-effective resourcing, performance and results of technical resources

- Coordinate the identification of and resolution of service incidents and problems

- Ensure major incident response procedures have been identified, documented and maintained

- Ensure all service management

- Identify and monitor risks, governance and compliance requirements related to the Service Desk and SOPs

- Prepare, document, update and regularly test Service Desk continuity plans

- Coordinate and manage all relevant third party contracts and activity

Skills, Qualifications and Experience required include:

- ITIL Manager/Expert

- PRINCE2 Qualified

- Previous current experience within a similar SDM role

- Previous experience managing a 24/7 multi-tiered supplier based service desk

- Working knowledge of the creation, establishment and ongoing management of policies and procedures

- Excellent trouble shooting skills, with a broad knowledge of varied technologies

- Experience leading and motivating a high performance Service Delivery team

In addition to the specified skills, we are seeking an individual with a commercial and pragmatic approach to Service Delivery - a strong character able to manage challenges and pressure.
