HR Programme Manager / Project Manager - Organisational Development
An HR Project Manager with experience of managing and supporting the Organisational Structure Implementation and communication work streams of Enterprise Wide Risk Framework (EWRF) is required immediately for a 6 month contract.
The successful Programme Manager / Project Manager will be responsible for implementing processes which will define how the organisation deals with recruitment, skills gap assessments, role profiles, identifying training needs and training material development.
