An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the IT Services desktop support team.

This role involves providing second tier technical support to our colleagues within Asset Finance and Blackhorse, ensuring service levels are met and that colleagues are provided a stable and reliable platform to conduct business from. Within this you are essential part of the business, ensuring the smooth running of the banks equipment.

We are looking for individuals that have experience in the following areas:

- Desktop Support on XP

- Problem & Incident handling

- Active Directory support and permissions

- Active Directory Security Administration

- VPN/remote access technologies

- Mobile./BlackBerry support

Making full use of your knowledge of service desk support skills, you'll support the business in resolving incidents. Whether you're working independently or as part of a team, you will provide efficient, effective solutions and share your knowledge of best practice to ensure ongoing improvement. Along the way, you'll work with a range of key stakeholders, and some external third partners.

To be equal to the challenge, you'll need strong customer service skill. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential to succeed, and you should be use to managing and maintain agreed SLA in resolutions of any problems or incidents.

An appreciation of the Black Horse and Lex Autolease business and marketplace would be an advantage.
