Asset Finance ADM is responsible for the development, maintenance and testing of Blackhorse and Lex Autolease systems within the Asset Finance businesses. We put in place common platforms that are supported by current technologies which are flexible, scalable and secure.

As trusted advisors and developers to the Asset Finance business, we contribute to the delivery of business objectives through innovative IT systems and support.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Project Manager to join the Asset Finance IT team within the Consumer Finance team in Lloyds Banking Group. The sheer pace and scale of change taking place across our business means there couldn't be a better time to join us!

As a Project Manager you will manage and control the delivery of medium to large projects or workstreams, taking responsibility for delivering solutions which address business needs. You will manage resources to ensure these are delivered within cost and to the highest standard and meet timescale objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

- Work closely with the Portfolio Manager to provide regular status reporting appropriately to different stakeholders and to agreed standards and recommend options for contingency plans.

- Define and implement a detailed delivery approach for each stage of the project lifecycle, across all supplier teams and obtains acceptance and buy-in to the approach from all team members.

- Produce and own the project plan. Control, manage and monitor project timescales and budgets.

- Track resource requirements (including roles and responsibilities), budget and FTE profile for areas of responsibility.

- Manage, motivate and develop assigned team members to create a high performing team.

- Continuously monitor projects for risk, issues and regulatory compliance and take appropriate steps to mitigate.
