This is an exciting opportunity to join Voxsmart inside its young, fast moving and fast growing Support team. We are entering a phase of rapid expansion again and we need more of the right people working with us to support that.

Voxsmart is the Worldwide market leading provider of Mobile Solutions. Based in the Voxsmart City office you will be providing proactive and reactive support to our Customers, many of whom are global investment banks and other Financial institutions.

As a Support Executive your main responsibilities will involve:

- Supporting our worldwide Sales team in account management and relationship development with customers.

- Investigating and resolving problems, incident handling, managing installation and upgrade plans.

- You will work closely with different teams, including Voxsmart, our partners and our customers, to provide an outstanding managed service.

- Own the day-to-day incident and problem management processes, ensuring that all incidents and problems are acknowledged and manage resolutions to SLA targets.

- Provide a high level of support and ensure complete details of customer interactions and workarounds are recorded in the trouble ticketing systems.

- Investigating and, where possible, resolving incidents.

- Provide support to IT end users, primarily on Customers sites, but also via email, phone calls or live web support.

- Routine customer support visits to advise and maintain. Ensuring that our customers have the best possible experience of our solutions.

- Working as part of the team to ensure Voxsmart offers world class customer service at all times.

- Travel in the UK and abroad will likely be required.

- Helping to test and feed ideas back into our solutions.

As a Support Consultant your skills and qualifications will include:

- Knowledge of BlackBerry devices, BlackBerry Administration and BlackBerry Enterprise Server configuration and administration.

- MS Server administration experience.

- Knowledge of administering Android and iPhone devices beneficial.

- Experience and understanding of the typical components of Enterprise IT architectures.

- Experience of configuring and running Web servers (Apache, IIS).

- Experience with querying and supporting SQL Databases (My and MS).

- Experience of Networking and connectivity (LAN/WAN/TCP).

- Experience working in a busy IT Support environment, preferably for a large Company.

- Telecoms experience is also beneficial.

- MDM platform experience would be very beneficial.
