Are you a Business Analyst, PMO Analyst/Manager, Project and Programme Manager, Business Testing Analyst/Manager or Business Architect?

We are seeking talented Business Test Leads based in;

Digital - London

(Experience of digital delivery (online & mobile) in a matrix managed project environment, underpinned by a strong understanding of digital technologies and delivery approaches suitable in an agile environment of rapid change)

HR - Halifax

Insurance - Edinburgh

(UML literate, Agile methodology, finance operations, general ledger and investment accounting knowledge is desirable)

Retail - Halifax and Gloucester

Risk - Edinburgh

(Risk or regulatory project experience preferred)

Business Test Leads deliver testing for small/medium projects (typically Silver/Bronze) and/or defined components of large programmes. You will have sound knowledge of the Divisional business processes and systems may manage a small team.

Typical test activities include analysis of requirements, designing test cases and scripts, conducting peer reviews of test scripts, identifying test data and environment needs, test execution, defect management.

Can you?

- Manage projects/work streams involving strong specialist knowledge or that will require you to support to define requirements

- Attend requirements and design workshops to understand proposed solution. Use business and divisional knowledge to consider impact on other processes and additional testing needs.

- Work with the business and IT to ensure that the system solutions fully meet business requirements.

- Use conceptual knowledge to form recommendations.

- Understand different approaches to testing and the associated benefits and selects most appropriate.
