About the role
Working in our Wareham office, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the business continues as you respond and answer to any technical queries. Supporting our various teams, you’ll offer solutions to problems ranging from basic hardware repair to server issues and email failure. You’ll coach people on using software, systems and networks. You’ll also help translate user needs into working software by providing key information to the Network Services team. As well as basic technical support you’ll also be involved in some exciting projects too - with a focus on introducing new software and innovative ways of working.
About you
You’ll be highly IT literate with a good knowledge of providing answers to people across an organisation. With an analytical mind, you’ll also have the ability to think creatively and bring a positive attitude to everything you do. You’ll have excellent communication skills too, and the ability to talk to a diverse audience, including people without a technical background. Above all, you’ll provide a comprehensive IT support service in an exciting, growing organisation.
