Deutsche Bank is a client-centric universal bank with a fresh perspective. One that is leading change and innovation in the industry - championing integrity, sustainable performance and innovation with our clients, and redefining our culture and relationships with each other. So if you’re talented, collaborative and curious about building an exciting career in finance, you’re exactly the type of person who might succeed in our organization.

Many people assume London is the only place in the UK to begin a career in investment banking. However, today’s investment banking world is broader than ever, and nowhere is that more apparent than at Deutsche Bank. Our Regional Analyst Graduate Programs in Birmingham offer fast-paced, fast-growing roles that are playing a vital role in driving the success of Deutsche Bank.

GTO Technology Analyst Program

Technology is the essence of modern finance. It allows us to execute trades across multiple time zones. It informs our investment decisions. It shapes the way we work with other banks and with our clients. Without it, the world would look a very different place. And as a graduate with us, you'll influence where we take it next. You'll apply your thinking to complex challenges and push the boundaries of technological innovation, whether you join us in a management or analysis role.

Join us here, and you’ll constantly be looking ahead. We’ll look to you to capitalize on new technological trends that can reshape our business and deliver value for our clients, whilst still meeting the demands of customers, regulators and the markets.

Your training and your role

The Deutsche Bank Regional Analyst Graduate Program is one of the most comprehensive of its kind. You will begin classroom-based training to develop your technical and soft skills. You'll then embark on a career in Birmingham, where you'll go through job rotations of four months each. As you deepen your expertise in a specific role, exposure to different aspects of the business will broaden your skills.

Skills you’ll need

You don’t need to be a technical expert to join our Technology Team. We're looking for people who combine broad business awareness with an interest in, and aptitude for, technology. Similarly, your degree can be in any discipline but Science, Technology (MIS, Informational), Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Industrial & Operational, others), Math, Physics, and Business are particularly relevant. You’ll need an interest in the world of finance and the ability to communicate complex technological ideas to our business across the globe.

If you're in your final year of study and have the passion, dedication and speed of thought to succeed in the financial services industry, our Graduate Training Program could be exactly what you're looking for.
