This is generation easyJet, and we're looking for an experienced Senior BI Project Manager to join our amazing, industry-leading IT team and oversee the delivery of our IT-led business intelligence projects.

Our IT team plans, builds and runs over 125 different business services, and has been instrumental in making us one of the most operationally efficient airlines in the world. As a Senior BI Project Manager, it'll be your responsibility to make sure that all the team's business intelligence projects are not just fit for purpose, but also delivered on time and on budget. On top of that, you'll help us develop a strategy for our business intelligence systems (including security, disaster recovery and capacity management), manage risk, security and audits, and ensure that we have the best system enhancements in place and that our vendors always comply with our strategic aims.

We're looking for a Senior BI Project Manager with a fair amount of experience, so you'll need:

· A significant track record of delivering business intelligence projects and systems, with the ability to easily translate business needs into technical solutions

· Experience of leading a team of three or more business analysts and project managers

· In-depth knowledge of business intelligence technologies (including MS SRSS and Tableau), OLAP, ETL and EDW

· Familiarity with Kimball methodology

· A solid understanding of business cases and systems-change SDLC

· Ideally, a Prince2 or MSP qualification and airline/retail experience

· Commercial acumen, together with great stakeholder- and supplier-management skills

- A successful track record of delivering IT projects to time, cost and quality in a multi-channel landscape.

- Persuasion and influencing skills to ensure that things get done.

- Stakeholder management up to board level.

- Delivery of projects using a combination of in house and external teams.

- Project planning (identifying who needs to be involved, taking into account the availability of others, dependencies between tasks etc.)
