Business Analysts at Lloyds Banking Group work with multiple stakeholder groups to understand the structures, business operations, processes, product and service offerings, policies and information systems that enable the Group to achieve its goals.

You will use the insights you gain to understand business problems, challenge existing practices and approaches, propose business improvement opportunities and develop solutions to ensure that the Group's investments meet the needs of its colleagues, customers and stakeholders.

To succeed you'll need:

Previous experience in a Business Analysis role supported by an ISEB or similar qualification. Good interpersonal skills will be essential.

Experience of digital delivery (online & mobile) in a matrix managed project environment, underpinned by a strong understanding of digital technologies and delivery approaches suitable in an agile environment of rapid change.
