The role of the PM(Portfolio/Programme / Project Management Office) is to ensure that we are able to effectively deliver change portfolios, programmes and projects. PMO undertakes a comprehensive understanding of the change portfolios, as well as objective oversight, scrutiny and challenges of programme and project performance. It manages robust governance frameworks and continuous improvement of processes, tool and techniques, ensuring consistently strong delivery.

In this pivotal roler, you'll lead and direct a team to provide the governance, reporting, planning and support services for a major programme or portfolio of major programmes. Optimising PMO resources across the programme or projects you'll embed common PMO methodologies, tools and processes. Importantly, you'll ensure effective delivery within cost, quality and timescale objectives.

To succeed you will need:

*Experience of digital delivery (online & mobile) in a matrix managed project environment, underpinned by a strong understanding of digital technologies and delivery approaches suitable in an agile environment of rapid change.

*Previous experience in a PMO role preferably supported by a P3O or similar qualification, as well as to have strong interpersonal skills.
