Systems Security is a huge priority within Lloyds Banking Group, protecting the Group and its customers interests. It makes a real difference and contribution to an organisation that provides vital services to millions of individuals and businesses in Britain and beyond.

The Security Solutions Management Team within Group IT is looking to add to its existing platform Security Team who are working on a number of high-complexity projects on our zSeries platform to modernise, build, extend and maintain all aspects of z-Series security within our diverse range of environments.

RACF Technical Lead Security Mainframe Specialists perform support functions and Technical Lead related activities required to control access to facilities and logical systems, using the Z-Secure security software tool to control access to each system which are predominantly Resource Access Control Facility (RACF)

You'll need to be an experienced zSeries Developer/Systems Programmer with an interest and experience in mainframe Security using RACF, ACF/2 or TopSecret.

We'll benefit from your extensive knowledge of z/OS operating systems and associated IBM components and products (USS, TCP/IP, MQ, CICS, IMS, DB2), all in sysplexes and working with distributed systems.

Also key to the role is your experience using zSecure software products (zSecure Admin, Audit, Alert and Command Verifier) as a tool for yourself and as a reporting system for stakeholders such as Reporting, Compliance and Monitoring.

Ideally you'll also have worked with a wide range of mainframe software products for infrastructure support, application support, monitoring, from both IBM and ISVs.

In short you'll be a go-to person with the knowledge/insight, drive and experience to design, implement and maintain Security systems and solutions on IBM mainframes (z/OS systems) in an

environment that demands the very highest standards of integrity and availability of the Services offered by the Group.

We are looking for the following expertise:

- Extensive RACF knowledge

- Extensive Z-Secure knowledge

- Extensive ZOS knowledge to Systems Programming level.

- Excellent knowledge of Mainframe products such as CICS,DB2 etc.

- Strong report writing skills
