A global telecoms provider servicing some of the largest companies operating in the market today is seeking a permanent Telecoms Support Engineer to join their London based team.

My client offers the end to end solution to top carriers and service provider's world wide with their innovative telecoms applications.

2nd / 3rd Line Telecoms Support Engineer: The Role

·Linux Red Hat administration experience

·IP Networking

·Oracle DB administration (desirable)

·Telecom expertise: SIP, SS7, INAP

·Internet & Web Server

·Personable, team player, articulate with good phone manners

·Familiar with ITIL best practices
