You’ll play an instrumental part in delivering change
Our Network Services Group delivers critical work on a global scale. Governing the Group’s service management toolset, you’ll help them continue to evolve in line with the changing needs of our customers. Areas of responsibility will include risk management, incident and problem management, and general control of change processes. You will also look to develop and enhance the ways in which our CRM system is used. This will see you reporting on the CRM's organisational compliance and ongoing usage, with a view to demonstrating continuous maturity.
You can get to grips with the intricacies of our business
We’re looking for someone who can gain a rapid understanding of our business before challenging and enhancing how we work. As such, you’ll need to be a meticulous planner with very strong analytical skills and a solid command of Microsoft Dynamics. Experience in a System Administrator, Service Change Manager or similar role is important too, as is a background in managing change and risk in a dynamic organisation.
