We are the UK’s largest voluntary sector provider of services for disabled people and this year will directly support over 7,000 disabled people in the UK.

The innovative Future Choices project aims to develop a process of co-production to collect information and views from everyone using our residential services. This will then inform individual, service level and organisational change.

This national project will be one of the largest co-produced pieces of work undertaken in the sector and will involve up to 1800 people who use our services.

As project lead, you will spearhead the roll out and implementation of this project, ensuring that the views of everyone who uses our services are heard. You will work in partnership with the research and evaluation partner and work collaboratively with the personalisation training partner to achieve the milestones defined in the project charter.

With a strong research background you will hold PRINCE 2 project management qualifications (or equivalent) and offer experience of large-scale project management at a national level. You will have strong communication skills and possess the ability to mentor and support service managers to facilitate the implementation of this project. You will also have demonstrable experience of involving disabled people in the design and delivery of services.
