Applications are invited for the role of Regional Director for a UK company operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

The successful candidate will have;

- A UK Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.

- A sound understanding of the concept of service provision.

- A sound understanding and the ability to demonstrate the concepts of Service Management (SM) using ITIL best practice and experience of implementing ITIL SM recommendations in practice.

- Proven track record of leading large multi-skilled and multi-cultural teams

- Sound knowledge of and experience of managing a large budget.

He may also demonstrate the desirable qualities of;

- Business experience in the defence sector

- Experience in delivery of telecommunications services

- Experience of living and working in the Middle East

He will be ;

- Empowered and accountable for the management and delivery of a managed service capability providing ICT services to the customer.

- Responsible for fulfilling the responsibilities of the company under the conditions of the contract issued by the UK Government on behalf of the KSA customer.

- Responsible for sound leadership and ensuring the professional conduct of a service delivery team of between 50 - 90 multi-functional and multi-cultural engineers.

A summary of his duties would be;

- Ensuring efficient use of resources to deliver;

- Leadership of company staff

-. Continuous and high level customer satisfaction

- High standard of operational management of the customers network

- High standard of maintenance of equipment and buildings and including quality, HSW in accordance with ISO standards

- Accountable for the company Budget

- Creation and maintenance of working relationships with the Saudi customer and UK liaison officers as well as local sub-contractors

- Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities.

Compensation;

- A tax free salary of £70k pa
