Primary Responsibilities:
Overall management of all aspects of delivery of our projects in the UK/Ireland and the Netherlands with a strong focus on systems integration and compliance with our customers’ expectations and processes
Management and technical coordination of internal / external engineering resources, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve the project’s schedule, functional and cost objectives.
Project Status Reviews for both the external customer and INIT Executive Management Team.
All project management tasks including but not limited to: creation and management of external and internal schedules, supervision of the overall supply chain, technical and commercial management of subcontractors
Support of projects during the acquisition, design, implementation and test phase jointly with the development / delivery and system design teams in our head office. This includes the requirement to travel to our customers and / or to Germany as and when required.
Other Responsibilities:
Negotiate scope and price for changes and amendments in current projects
Project risk assessment and management
Support new business initiatives such as technical proposal preparation, sales presentations/demonstrations and contract negotiations
Provide local implementation and configuration support for our systems
Knowledge/Skills required:
Bachelors or Master Degree in Engineering/Business Management or equivalent field of study
Three years of related experience and project management qualification desirable
Solid IT knowledge and experience in the area of systems integration / design desirable
Strong communications skills and customer focused approach
