Develop your career as a Business Telephony Analyst with an organisation that puts the needs of its customers and its people at the heart of every decision it makes. Join us at The Co-operative Bank and make your mark at a time of great change, as we look to revisit our roots, relaunch our brand, and reshape our business into a modern, customer-led alternative bank.

As Business Telephony Analyst, you’ll focus on our telephony and routing strategies - making sure they’re fit for purpose and working as well as they possibly can be. Expertly managing any business change, to avoid it impacting on the work we do, you’ll look at telephony/IVR requests, including their design, to ensure they fit with our wider business strategy too. This will involve setting up, refining, managing and monitoring the configuration of our call routing and skill-sets.

Ultimately, you’ll become our ‘go to’ person for any questions we have relating to telephony strategy and change - including keeping us up to date with technical updates and areas we need to work smarter in.

Able to quickly get up to speed with the way we work, including our operational strategy, this is your chance to build on your experience of creating technical processes for telephony systems like ours. An analytical thinker with experience of call centre routing tools and CTI/IVR functionality, as well as Genesys or Avaya telephony systems, you’ll be more than capable of maintaining a busy and diverse work schedule, of supporting a team, and of keeping to tight deadlines.

As well as having clear financial and operational goals in place, we’re also a true leader when it comes to addressing the issues our customers feel most passionate about. Whether that’s human rights, supply chains, animal welfare or working conditions, it isn’t just about complying with the law or having an equal opportunities policy in place; it’s about being fair and socially responsible in everything we do - for our customers, our people, and the world we live in.

That’s what we can offer you - a firm belief in doing what’s right in a place where you can feel genuinely proud to work, grow and develop.
